Products and pricing. We work hard to show products, prices, and availability accurately. If a price is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Orders and payment. Your order is confirmed when payment is approved. We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or inventory error, and will refund any charge.

Shipping and returns. Delivery estimates and return terms are described in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchange pages, which form part of these terms.

Product use. BAUSKYDD^® workwear is built for demanding work environments. Follow the care instructions on each product. Our workwear is not certified safety equipment unless the product page states a specific certification.

Intellectual property. BAUSKYDD^® and related logos are registered trademarks of Bauskydd Sweden AB, a company incorporated under the laws of Sweden (Vintervägen 18B, Järfälla, Stockholm, Sweden), used under authorization. Other site content — text and images — is owned by or licensed to GService.com Inc. and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here applies to new orders.
