Returns & Exchange

90-day returns on unused items · free exchanges. If your Bauskydd® workwear isn't right, return it unused, in its original packaging, within 90 days of delivery. Exchanges and returns for a quality problem (defective, damaged on arrival, or wrong item) are free — we send a prepaid label. For other refunds (for example, if you changed your mind), we also send a prepaid label, and a $6.95 return label fee is deducted from your refund.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused with no signs of wear, in like-new condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Within 90 days of the delivery date.
  • Used or worn items, and items missing the original packaging, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

How to start a return:

  1. Email store@bauskydd.us with your order number and what you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Drop the package off — once we receive and inspect it, your refund goes back to the original payment method, minus the $6.95 return label fee for returns that aren't due to a quality problem.

Refund timing: Refunds are issued within 10 days of receiving your return (usually 5–7 business days).

Wrong item or damaged on arrival? Contact us right away at store@bauskydd.us. Send a photo of the damage if you can, and we'll send the correct item or a replacement at no cost to you. These returns are free.

Exchanges: Want a different size instead of a refund? Mention it in your email and we'll arrange the exchange in one shipment where possible. Exchanges are free. If your exchange size is out of stock, we'll first offer another size or style, then store credit for the item's value with no return label fee, or a refund to your original payment method minus the $6.95 return label fee.
