Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more, after discounts and before taxes. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95 (standard shipping). We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Discount codes are applied first. If a discount brings your order below $75, standard shipping is $6.95.

Delivery time: Most US orders arrive within 6–7 business days, including order preparation and carrier transit. Orders are prepared within 1 business day, then delivered by the carrier in 5–6 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, USA.

A few details:

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates — carriers can run late during peak periods.
  • Make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate; we can't reroute a package once it's with the carrier.
  • If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, contact us and we'll look into it.
